WELL it seems Lydia Bright and James ‘Arg’ Argent split up without the press finding out. Good work, producers.
The Only Way Is Essex’s fourth season kicked off tonight with Chloe Sims, Lauren Pope and Frankie Essex discussing the break-up of a mystery golden couple. Jess and Joey? Maybe a bit, but alas – it was Lydia and Arg.
Reports circulated this week that they were fighting again after she was spotted leaving her 21st birthday meal in tears. It was then alleged that Arg missed the National TV Awards because Lydia asked to have him banned. Producers insisted that it was because only a certain amount of seats were allocated and they decided to give them all to female members of the cast.
Are we going in circles here, though? Lydia and Arg spent most of Season 2 apart, and here we are again.
The difference this time is Debbie. She was an insufferable bint last time around, but the scene with her and Arg was, dare I say it, touching.
Will they get back together?!
