WoW Oh WoW is a standout song in an album full of brilliant songs. Definitely worth a listen more than once! The young cheeky lads seen on XF 2 years ago have grown up into consumate perfomers. Brilliant stuff!
I am so pleased they have decided to release Wow Oh Wow as their next single. it is an excellent Pop Song, from a surprisingly enjoyable album, full of original top drawer Pop anthems and feel good tracks. These young men have obviously come on leaps and bounds since they first appeared on XF
WOW is a great song . It just need a good platform to be heard by everyone. The twins continuously working so hard to improve themselves. They have to be given the chance esp by the UK public
Great song! Some impressive co-writers too: Savan Kotecha (who has written for Britney) and Oritsé Williams from JLS. “Victory” is a much underrated album, actually. Every song on it is quality pop.
No doubt this single will top the charts in Ireland (as Jedward releases tend to do) and probably do quite well in some parts of Europe (where they seem to be building a big fanbase).
Hopefully, it will get a good reception in the UK too. It’s a pity a lot of people in this country haven’t moved on from the X Factor ’09 ‘storyline’ enough to accept Jedward as a credible pop act.
Definitely do it. Speaking as a non-teen who previously would only listen to Bowie, Queen & 80s music, I find I can’t get enough of John & Edward – Victory is a fabulous album. Get the European release though – has 3 extra songs – all fabulous quality – “Bad Behaviour (Wide Boy Radio Edit)” wouldn’t be out of place in any night club/rave.
Wow oh WoW loving this song and am so pleased they chose this as their next single. Their album Victory is certainly worth checking out as its lively and bouncy.
Its true Victory is as decent a pop album as your likely to get it is a shame they were tainted by x factor, their album is as good as anything else that has come out out that show
Tainted by x factor or propelled to fame by x factor? I haven’t heard their album so I can’t pass comment on that, but from their tv work their general style etc seems exactly as was on the show. I’m sure there’s some well-produced pop on their album but in terms of media image they haven’t changed a bit I don’t think! Fair play to them, but I wouldn’t say they were “tainted” particularly. Just my view!
i am happy with the term tainted they have the x factor in bucketloads, they are huge in Ireland and are coming very big in europe, however their music will never get any recognition in this country because of the way they were portrayed on that show I have heard Victory and it is a great pop album
yeah that is a good point, i do understand what you mean. but were it not for the x factor they wouldn’t be known at all, yes they did fall victim to the Louis Walsh method of over-cheesing everything on the show, and that probably did hurt them in the UK… but then on the other hand, without that I seriously doubt they’d have made it to the big time! but who knows!

Sounds like Victory is worth checking out then!
