This time last year – fuck it, this time three or four months ago – the thought of Nicole Scherzinger and/or Jennifer Lopez scoring a UK No1 single was quite preposterous; but these being the bizarre times that they are, both have not only topped the charts but released semi-good, semi-smash hit albums.
Time to roll out the follow-ups, then: Nicole was originally planning to debut her ‘Right There’ video tomorrow, but clearly realising that a clash with ‘Judas’ is a bad move, it has appeared today instead. Just like ‘Don’t Hold Your Breath’ was totally different from ‘Poison’, ‘Right There’ is another change of pace. This is the most urban of the three solo tracks, with lots of sexy walking and sweaty dancing. Standard:

Lopez meanwhile launched the promo clip to her new single ‘I’m Into You’ at the beginning of the week to coincide with the release of her ‘LOVE?’ album. Anyone else getting flashbacks of that Paris Hilton vid..?
